Corporate Quilt is the new name for the B.V. (since 2002) which was previously called Capital Language Services (CLS) (since 1996). After selling the language training activities and the trade name, a new name and identity was developed, which is Corporate Quilt. We focus on corporate communication consultancy and select high quality service providers to provide professional communication services aimed at specific (international) companies, target groups, objectives and activities.
The Quilt idea derives from the fact that the remaining ‘Capital’ activities: for instance monitoring language & communication by means of a tool called Profile, designing language and communication content, delivering (corporate) language audits, form part of the Quilt. From another angle we help companies define their identities, by making their own corporate quilts using the (potential and often international) talents in their companies in team building sessions, comparing them to a desired strategy and visualize the leading elements. Techniques used are appreciative inquiry, storytelling and coaching. Effective communication on an international level will always included language and culture.
